Founder Info. Rebekka Rea is a multi-faceted, pre-paid industry veteran. Her career spans over 15 years and across diverse segments including open and closed loop gift cards, B2B and B2C loyalty, reward and recognition program development, fin-tech, advertising and retail. Rebekka is the President of Innovative Prepaid Solutions, providing consulting and other services pertaining to prepaid products. Innovative Prepaid Solutions launched in 2008 and was instrumental in the growth and leadership of the Retail Gift Card Association, serving as its President and Executive Director for 5 years. During her tenure, the association grew from ten founding brands to over 200 global and national brands dedicated to the advocacy and promotion of closed-loop gift cards. Rebekka currently serves on the Incentive Marketing Association Board of Directors and has enjoyed various leadership roles including Board and committee positions within the Incentive Marketing Association, (IMA), Incentive Gift Card Council, (IGCC), Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), Gift Card Network (GCN), and Network Branded Prepaid Card Association along with advisory positions for Plastic Jungle, Swipe Mobile, Gift Card Network (GCN), Payments eXchange, Money2020 and the Prepaid Expo USA.
