Roohi is a mental health platform that aims at creating safe spaces within the community. It is a social enterprise dedicated to inventing narratives of mental health and recovery in the society. We, at Roohi, are looking forward to developing peer support networks, collaborate with other professionals thereby strengthening the streams to create a wellbeing-oriented society. Understanding mental health is just as important as physical health, it becomes essential to understand that recovery has its own forms. We will be promoting alternative and creative ways of healing and recovery along with the psychological standards through our platform. WHAT DO WE DO? Helping people through mental health is the need of the hour and therefore we raise awareness, provide tools and knowledge to strengthen proactive recovery. We also challenge the stigma around us that prevents people from reaching out for help and are thus attempting to create an affordable and inclusive space for dialogues on mental health. We provide mental health support through curated community learning strategies.
