Launched in September in Sydney, the Eatwell app gives people with dietary requirements a simple and easy way to find places to eat which are rated and recommended by their community. From gluten free and vegan to Halal and Kosher, users with one or more dietary requirements will no longer have to endlessly sift through menus just to find somewhere to eat. The app presents the user with a menu tailored to all of their dietary needs, with specific venue ratings and reviews for each dietary requirement. Launching with the 10 most common dietary needs, users can also rate and review restaurants and dishes for any additional dietary requirements (including specific allergies or diets) which will be shared with others like them. Our Founder El brings non-technical skills which contribute to understanding and engaging with potential users, as well as ensuring that we take steps to grow in a way that offers the least amount of legal risk to the business. Our COO Phil is responsible for all things data and health.
