Established in 1996, Caravanserai designs and manufactures high quality, handmade furniture, lighting, and decorative home accessories. We specialize in contemporary ethnic style furniture using solid wood, hand crafted with carvings and metallurgy. Our pilot store is located in a beautiful old building on the prestigious island of Zamalek. It boasts high ceilings decorated with old wood work and beautiful chandeliers, also designed by Caravanserai. Upon visiting our showroom, clients not only choose furniture pieces, they also create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort for their own homes. Our newest addition is our street front furniture store opened in 2014 offering our clients a feel of how our furniture and lighting fit well in a modern setting creating again the warmth and comfort that is very much Caravanserai.
