The research group Aquam started its activities in 2008, intending to develop research related to the reproduction of native migratory species, both to meet the needs of fish production and to establish models applied to the conservation of these species. From the broad line of research, reproduction of native migratory species, research is being developed with: - Management of reproduction laboratories; - Restocking; - Cooling and cryopreservation of semen and embryos; - Reproductive management protocols; Aquam works in conjunction with national and international research groups and institutions.
