Able Transition Consulting, LLC exists to provide a path forward for people with disabilities in the Triangle. We seek to support individuals and their families through the process by providing concrete skill-building support, a person-centered plan, resources, trusted advisors and an overview of what the transition process entails, what it means and how to specifically prepare.
