Our mission is to drive innovation both inside and outside of UNHCR to further our collective ability to serve persons of concern worldwide with the latest tools, platforms and processes. Our strategy involves three lines of action: 1. Amplify innovations already happening within UNHCR, building on existing best practices; 2. Connect like-minded innovators within the organization (iFellows) to time and resources, grouped around field-identified challenges; and 3. Explore the wealth of innovative practices outside of UNHCR, matching internal expertise with external knowledge, especially the private sector and academia.
