On the slopes of Bilogora, thanks to its excellent position and environment that is ideal for bees, the family beekeeping farm Naranđa was founded. At the beginning of 2011. we had only about 20 hives, but since then we have been successfully increasing the number of bee communities every year, as well as the amount of honey produced. Currently, there are over 80 bee colonies in the apiary, which annually produce more than a ton of flower, acacia, and linden honey. In addition to honey, we produce small amounts of propolis, pollen powder, honey with honeycomb, and various souvenirs and candles made of pure beeswax, which are an extremely popular gift. The apiary is located in the Municipality of Veliko Trojstvo, away from roads and pollution, surrounded by forests and meadows. We are users of the Honey of Croatian Beehives and National Honey Jars signs, which are a guarantee that honey is a 100% Croatian product and its origin can be traced. The top quality of our honey was awarded in 2017 and 2018 by the Beekeepers' Association of Bjelovar-Bilogora County: acacia honey received a GOLD MEDAL for quality, and linden honey a SILVER MEDAL.
