CSI Consultants was formed in 1999 to solidify our focus of making national systems information and capabilities accessible and usable by DOD tactical users in their combat systems and platforms. Our Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) work has resulted in the fielding of several high impact, warfighting capabilities and our projects now include multiple, innovative, electronic warfare and communications efforts. CSI Consultants employs great people with proven experience. We offer an innovative Pay Approach that provides Max Flexibility & the equivalent of 10 Holidays and 4 weeks’ Time-Off. Full-time employees also become part-owners, so they can benefit from Profit-Sharing in our Retirement Plan: • Company will deposit 25% of your wages as a company profit-sharing contribution to your 401(k) on up to $148,000 per year. Yes, this adds up to an annual company contribution of as much as $37,000. This is not a matching program. • Owner-Employees will obtain these company profit-sharing contributions regardless of whether they elect to defer part of their wages. And, these company profit-sharing contributions are immediately vested and yours to keep. Company Paid Insurance includes: • Family Dental Insurance • Life Insurance and AD&D • Long-Term Disability Insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Identity Theft Protection Reservists or Military or Federal Government Retirees preferred as we do not offer Health Insurance coverage.
