DGMS & Co.
San Francisco Bay Area-based DGMS & Co. is a full service business offering books, webinars, workshops, videos and presentations based on its seminal book, The Don't Get Me Started! Toolkit - Strategies for a Culturally-Challenged World. Its principal partners, Connie Payne and Patricia Kutza, bring to the making of The Don't Get Me Started! Toolkit over thirty years of experience each in the education (Payne) and telecom (Kutza) sectors. The Don't Get Me Started! Toolkit - Strategies for a Culturally-Challenged World provides a systematic approach to assessing and successfully responding to the myriad variety of complex situations that people encounter in our rapidly-changing world. Payne and Kutza have taken the basic principles of their book and integrate them into workshops, seminars and game shows that focus on cultural awareness and cultural competency. In 2017 they published two new versions of their books - workbooks created for the middle-school and 4th/5th grade niches. This development has expanded their mission - Offering good decision-making and restorative justice skills to a client base which includes key decision-makers in the school and senior active living communities located in the Bay Area.
