Safe minds was started with the goal of making mental health counseling more accessible and building a more resilient community. We do this through our low cost and sliding fee scale model. In addition to mental health counseling, we have recently started free of cost (currently) live mental health podcasts on YouTube. We aim to empower people by making them aware of things they can do in their everyday lives to improve well being. We value everybody's experience with mental health needs/skills and encourage people to learn from each other.
