Our role is to serve you by supporting and promoting the engineering community; we organise engineering events, lectures, visits and talks. Everyone is welcome to join the committee, simply attend meetings or come to our events. The Glasgow & South West Scotland Area IMechE Committee generally meets on the first Monday of every month at Glasgow Caledonian University. The committee hold regular events and activities at locations throughout our area; these events are published on the events page. They are usually held on the first Thursday of every month from September to June and we organise a number of special events throughout the year.
