Goodley, Jr. formed what would become Byler, Goodley & Winkle with the intent of serving clients that live in towns and communities located outside of the city of Lancaster. Since then, the firm has gained the abilities of Attorney Eric L. Winkle, C. P. A., and has expanded its ability to effectively reach clients all over Lancaster County by establishing law offices in both the city of Lancaster and the village of Intercourse.
