Grind to Grad is driven by a single goal: Increase the persistence, retention, and six-year graduation rates of Black undergraduates. The mission of Grind to Grad is to inspire, inform, and uplift prospective and current Black undergraduates. Grind to Grad creates equitable opportunities for Black undergraduates by providing interactive, equal-access resources which positively influence them to remain in and graduate from college.
