Our founders, Jose Navarrete, Brandon Seagondollar, Natalie Manosar, and Marion Brown, founded New Heights Recruiting as a national online and in-person recruiting platform for collegiate cheerleading. We have a combined over 30 years of cheerleading experience as athletes, coaches, and cheer parents. Our online service provides a platform for which cheerleading athletes can generate online profiles that are visible to cheerleading coaches nationwide. Profiles will include academic information as well as relevant cheerleading information including the ability for athletes to upload pictures and videos of their skills. The platform allows athletes to search for colleges that match their academic, athletic, and financial needs. The athlete can then connect with collegiate coaches for the programs of interest and communicate through our in-platform messaging capabilities. Think of this platform similar to the LinkedIn model - each coach and athlete has a profile and coaches can identify themselves with colleges who will also have their own profiles. Collegiate cheerleading coaches will also be able to search for athletes based on certain criteria to ensure they are recruiting athletes that fit their needs as they are able to view their relevant skills on the athlete's profile page. The coaches will be able to message athletes as well as save their profiles for future viewing and communication purposes. The online platform, set to launch late summer 2018, will provide a unique experience for cheerleading parents and athletes as we will be providing the most comprehensive database of collegiate programs. Our in-person recruiting services will allow athletes to showcase their skills to collegiate coaches from all over the continental United States. We will also be providing various informational seminars to educated athletes, parents, and coaches in the areas of recruiting and various aspect of collegiate cheerleading.
