Unbrand is a talent and organizational growth collective for racial justice and equity. Our services support people and groups to align the external (mission, goals, outcomes, impacts) with the internal (talent and organization strategy, systems, structures and supports). We believe the hard work of examining inward makes for more healthy, just and thriving organizations and communities. We work with you to integrate justice, joy, love, liberation and mindful use of conflict and power in your workplaces and your individual practice. Unbrand projects include program design, development and implementation; supporting staff recruitment, retention and engagement; equitable compensation analyses; group and 1:1 coaching; workshop facilitation; team development planning and manager training; focus groups; and retreat design, to name a few. We are a collective of consultants with deep belief and experience -- both internally as staff and externally as consultants -- in the work of nonprofit organizations, public interest institutions, and social justice movements. We each bring many years of work across a variety of functions, including talent/people operations, organization development, program delivery, communications, fundraising, coaching and facilitation, healing and mental health, and monitoring and evaluation, all with a lens for equity across race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender, ability and other historically oppressed identities.
