Medical Venturers (or MedVents) are youth aged 15-17 who are interested in emergency medicine and who are registered members of Scouts Canada. This specialized vocational program gives youth the opportunities ty to learn and practice First Aid skills in a controlled environment while volunteering at community events and Scout camps. The youth get direct support and leadership from medical professionals who volunteer their time and expertise with the group. Our group also works to provide accessible First Aid training to the community through courses and community outreach at various events.
