Since offshore wind power in Taiwan is still developing and there hasn’t been any training center available in Taiwan, TIPC, China Steel, CSBC and CWind entered the joint venture --- Taiwan International Windpower Training Corporation. In order to cultivate local technician, TIWTC introduced the standard that GWO made for wind power industry and give courses in Taiwan.
