Demystify Information Technology [IT] and bridge the gap with non-IT business areas by associating technologies to business objectives. Serve as an expert panelist and moderator for industry groups in Service Management, Software Asset Management and Telecom Expense Management. WHO I WORK WITH: I partner with organizations seeking an emerging expert and thought leader in both business and IT who is capable of effectively communicating with all levels of the enterprise to demonstrate the business value of current and future investments in people, processes and technologies. WHY IT WORKS: With nearly 20 years in leadership positions in business areas outside of IT and 10 years of leadership positions within IT, it is my goal to make both sides of an organization better understand one another.
