At Meraki we aim to use Arts based Therapy to create inclusionary spaces to work individual issues in order to find new perspectives or alternate solutions. Meraki- Art for breaking boundaries , is the brainchild of Reena Sarin, an art based therapist/coach to spread the power of creative arts in therapy and training. She uses methodologies like theatre of the oppressed, inter-play, visual work, metaphor work creating safe spaces for self expression bridging the gap between where the person "is" and where the person "should be" to understand the other and the self. She believes that art can reach and heal places where no words can go.
