Core Value Develop Community builders to create value and build meaningful relationships The Problem I wanted to start this becuase I saw that the skill of community building was not something that was taught, community builders who were new to the game, were often lost with no focus on how to develop their community, and the ones who were the true talents never transferred their knowledge to successors to continue their work. So many great communities die out due to this reason. With no guidelines/plans or successors, community builders go through a very high burn out phase. Our Objectives Grow Communities by developing community builders within a peer support system.
