How we help your recent graduate go from the classroom to boardroom by working smarter, not harder. Here’s how: How We Do It? We take your child from College to Career Once your graduate is ready to apply their skills into the real world we will be there every step of the way. Starting in their Junior year of college, we begin to set your young adult on their path to career success. We put together an action plan including: ● Meet in person and or on Skype to access and take inventory of interests and desires ● Together discuss classes, courses, and extra-curricular activities and assess direction ● Suggest aspects of interests that will align with career goals. If not, we look into and research various aspects of career possibilities ● Start to review internships and begin resume and cover letter to attain internships aligned to career goals ● Give client psychology, career, personality and basic assessment. ● Based on assessment write and develop “their story” through resume and cover letter ● Develop a networking and connections in desired fields. ● Help with email letters, phone and Skype interviews and role-playing to land internship and/or job. Senior Year: If you are to begin your Senior Year, the above outlines the first steps along with the below initiatives. ● Continue to write story through resume and cover letter ● Create contacts in desired fields and arrange interviews ● Continue to initiate emails, role-playing and in person interviews ● Land offers ● Work with client to negotiate salary and benefits
