MID AMERICA TEEN COMMUNITY EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM (TEEN CERT) is an advanced training program that teaches youth and adults how to prepare, plan and respond to all emergency situations in the event of an emergency, before professional first responders can arrive to the scene. The program teaches students how to respond to any emergency situation effectively and efficiently, without placing themselves in unnecessary danger.
