Ethos stands for character, quality and excellence. This word was made popular by the ancient Greek philosophers, and we strive to continue this tradition as it is. Ananda means spiritual bliss, and can also stand for liberation from the material world. This is an ancient Sanskrit word, from the Vedas. We try to combine East and West, bringing both of these precious ancient wisdom traditions into the modern world. We love video and podcasts and all the newer technologies, just like you!
