Competent Care is approved by the New York State Department of Health and New York City to provide early intervention evaluations and services to children from birth to age 3 in Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island. Competent Cares’ Early Intervention program areas of service include the following: Full range of home community-based evaluations and services [i.e. Occupational & Physical therapy, Sped, SC, & Speech].
