Sunday Club began as a Sunday morning fitness class that grew into a revolution to get up and out, train hard and then go on to make the most of the day. This grew from a small studio of 4 people to a large studio with multiple classes which sold out weekly. It has now evolved into an online coaching platform during these virtual times and a guide: how you can keep fit and strong whilst enjoying life.
