Hanoi International Queer Film Festival (HIQFF for short) is a Queer cinematic developing project. Founded in 2017, the project was initially named Hanoi International Queer Film Week. A non-profit and Queer-themed Film Festival that screens both Vietnamese and International cinematic works, HIQFF aims to bring stories of the Queer community to people in Hanoi. HIQFP has 3 main events: 1. Hanoi International Queer Film Week - Spring: an annual Queer film screening by the end of Spring. 2. Snug nights: monthly film screenings, co-host with Savage Hanoi. 3. Hanoi International Queer Film Week - Autumn: a Film Week that takes place during Hanoi Pride.
