Hannah Janzen – President is a Sydney-based book designer, with 14 years experience working in the Australian publishing industry. Hannah started in a design studio for six years, working across a wide range of publishing clients and genres including fiction, non-fiction, illustrated books, cookbooks, textbooks, children’s and young adult books. She currently runs a successful freelance business and works part-time at Scholastic Australia. Hannah’s design work has been recognised for a number of awards including Young Designer of the Year in 2012 at the Australian Book Design Awards. She has enjoyed the last three years on the ABDA Committee serving as President for the past two and supporting the Australian book design community.
