EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Chebat Industries is a corporate ecosystem of affiliated organizations that function in independent markets but are reliant upon the other’s services. The individual organizations were established at different periods and as they formed, it was realized that their indigenous services could fill a core role within another. By providing these services within, the organization could expand organically in a more efficient and cost-effective manner with greater internal oversight. At the point of inception was the call center & receivables firm Account Discovery Systems. As the organization grew the administrative infrastructure was created to support that growth. That infrastructure was named Payment Management Systems. A systemic architecture was then needed in the form of telephony and contact software. The development of these systems was known as BluChip. Today these resources were combined in order to create the next generation of contact center for the pharma industry called Phase 5 and total of all sums was ultimately realized as Chebat Industries. In essence, by creating a resilient corporate infrastructure, Chebat Industries developed a satellite of companies that provide sound business solutions between themselves and realized that they can market these services to help small businesses succeed. Chebat Industries has taken this evolution of services or their vision of building from within, down to the employee level with what they have named ReVisionist Evolution or the practical and logical evolution of the employee based on that individual employees personal desire to succeed.
