Noodles have been a staple in the culinary vernacular of most Asian Countries. It is considered by most as a form of comfort food. While there are numerous places that offer it’s European equivalent, little has been done to gather its various conceptions from around the Asian Continent. The Noodle Studio serves as a workshop in exploring the Asian culinary vernacular to gather a selection of well-known noodle dishes as well as create new asian dishes in a modern sophisticated setting. These dishes are prepared with the modern techniques available now to the culinary world but still retain the flavor & heart of the original recipes, thus proving to be the Modern Asian Comfort Food.
