The primary goals we look to help clients achieve are as follows: • Obtain desired physique based on lifestyle • Gain an understanding of flexible dieting • Find exercise that is enjoyable • Become mentally and emotionally happier WHAT YOU WILL DO • Stick to a weekly meal plan designed for your lifestyle with either generated macro counts, caloric/macro tracking, or through by one lifestyle change at a time • Follow a training schedule that suits your goals • Weigh in weekly • Monthly progress photos (optional) • Take a break from alcohol (suggested, 90 days) WHAT YOU WILL NEED • Digital food scale • A MyFitnessPal Account (free) • Access to a bathroom scale • Standard Tupperware, mixing bowls, etc. • An open mind and desire to make a change WHAT I WILL DO • Write weekly meal plans designed specifically for you and your lifestyle, with client input • Develop a training schedule based on physical goals, availability, and training history • Hold client accountable with weekly weigh-ins and monthly progress photos • Make myself available for any questions or assistance as needed through the process • Explain benefits of sustainable diet techniques such as intermittent fasting, macro counting, carb cycling, etc. • Open a social media community for group conversation, questions, added accountability • Keep you motivated
