Sanbridge Properties was formed in 2009 as a partnership between Hector Santellanes and John Bridgeford to act as a holding co. for our current and future real estate endeavors. We specialize in remodeling & retrofitting of buildings into high end, energy efficient apartments and homes in the Crookston, MN area.
