The first is Shared Framework, which provides professional development opportunities for educators with a focus on socialization and communication within the community. Through an educator’s lens we can see the academic and social value that experiences in the local community can provide to students. • Markets and services: Schools and businesses of Shanghai will be provided with facilitation of learning experiences. Schools are the main market and the businesses will work in tandem with Shared learning to create the services. • Operational structure: Chief officers will oversee their area of the company and report back on progress made via Monday.com task board. New initiatives for the company will be created and assigned to the responsible officer. A board of directors will vote on monthly initiatives and provide council for the company’s development. All should work to achieve the mission statement of “Provide educators, students and guardians with the social resources necessary for development”.
