UDEG SPACE
WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY POLITICAL PARTY OR STUDENT COMMITTEE. We are a multidisciplinary student organization, led by students for students, whose mission is to design and build projects in the aerospace and telecommunications sector among which stands out a vehicle for the exploration of space environments (Mars Rover). Our team is made up of students from various university centers of the UdG. We strive to inspire and encourage students' interest in space issues, Mars exploration and technology, in addition to providing them with experience in collaborative work and innovation projects for their professional growth. As a competitive team, our current goal is to participate in the University Rover Challenge (URC) 2020, at the Mars Desert Research Station of the Mars Society near Hanksville, Utah. The competition has gained the worldwide attention of academia and industry, and teams from all over the world come to compete. Each of us who make up UDG SPACE is characterized by the fact that we have managed to retain that fascination to this day when we were children. Only now focused on science and space. All of us are also characterized by that great feeling of having found that place to which we belong, a place to be ourselves and that with teamwork, to be able to highlight the best of each one of us. We are a community. We are UDG SPACE.
