Wonder Warriors is a creative support network for women and people affected by Endometriosis. We’re here to support your wellbeing in creative ways. Creative activities are widely used as a therapeutic tool to help people express and process emotions and experiences, reduce stress and anxiety and find relief and respite from illness. By ‘creative’ we mean developing and expressing ourselves and our ideas in new ways. This could be sharing a story, singing, making music, writing, cooking, painting, drawing, moving, gardening, thinking about things differently, trying new things etc. From our experience, no one thing works for everyone with Endo so we have to be creative in finding different ways that work for different people. We’re exploring and developing different toolkits and initiatives to support your wellbeing.
