HERS, LLC provides medical services, healthcare training & consulting, and educational courses. It is led by Amy Ramirez MSN APRN, FNP, a nurse of 21 years and a nurse practitioner since 2011. Amy’s Story: After getting my certification and working as a salaried employee for the first year and a half of my NP career, I quickly burned out because I had no control over my schedule and no say in my workload. That’s when I decided to branch out on my own, creating my own company, and HERS, LLC was formed: Healthcare Education, Resources & Services, LLC. My nurse-owned business was launched so I could take back control of my life and contract out my services and skills to locations and private practices of my choosing, creating the schedule I wanted! As an experienced NP in business, my goal is to help as many other Advanced Practice Nurses as I can find ways through entrepreneurship to reach their fullest potential even if they sometimes doubt themselves - helping them uncover all that can be accomplished with a gentle push and through experienced guidance from someone who has gone ahead of them.
