Karsiyaka Sailing Club was established in 1912 with oldest recorded official events dating back in 1931. In the last 25 years, 25 of our sailors received medals in international sailing races. More than 250 of our sailors have represented KSK Sailing Club for the National team of Turkey. Karsiyaka Sailing Club covers the area of 4800 m2, which includes 260 m2 of enclosed space, 300 m2 terrace, parking lot, changing rooms, race office, announcement system, workshop, fire defense system. Currently, we have 150 Laser and 470 boats, and 300 Optimist boats. Due to its location, the club benefits daily from the northwest wind, and weather suitable for sailing year-round.
