Civipol est l'opérateur de coopération technique du ministère de l'Intérieur à l'international. Civipol, société de droit privé en charge d’une mission de service public, appuie les États étrangers dans leur démarche de consolidation de leur sécurité intérieure et d'affirmation de leur souveraineté. L'opérateur fournit des services de renforcement des capacités et d'assistance technique aux pays partenaires par la mise en œuvre de projets financés par des bailleurs internationaux ou les pays bénéficiaires eux-mêmes. CIVIPOL, en lien direct avec la direction de la coopération internationale du ministère de l'Intérieur, assure ses missions d'ingénierie des projets grâce à un vivier d'experts hautement qualifiés, principalement issus du ministère de l'Intérieur. CIVIPOL, la filiale belge Transtec et la filiale CIVIPOL Cameroun forment le CIVIPOL Groupe. CIVIPOL assure la présidence du GIE MILIPOL qui organise les salons MILIPOL. CIVIPOL is the Technical Cooperation Operator of the French Ministry of the Interior. Civipol is a private company that provides services to the public sector. We support foreign states in strengthening their internal security and upholding their sovereignty. The operator provides building capacity services and technical assistance for developing countries. Projects are financed by multilateral funders or beneficiary countries themselves. CIVIPOL ensures project engineering directly linked with the international cooperation directorate of the Minisitry of Internal Affairs. The company is able to mobilize experts from a talent pool. The pool is predominantly originating from the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ workforce. CIVIPOL with the Belgian subsidiary Transtec and the Cameroonian subsidiary form the CIVIPOL group. CIVIPOL is the main shareholder of the MILIPOL EIG that organizes MILIPOL annual international exhibitions.
