Our team was founded in 1997 by 10 mechanical engineering students. Today, we are more than 45 members all driven by the same passion for motor racing. Our mission is to design, manufacture, and assemble a formula-style race car to compete in Formula SAE. Thanks to our donors, we perform at high level by gradually improving the car each year. In 2021, we placed 2nd overall in Nevada, and 4th overall in Michigan. We organize ourselves in 6 subsystems where each member has a specific role: Powertrain, Chassis, Suspension, Aerodynamics, Electronics, and Business. We also have an additional electric powertrain subsystem working on a separate electric race car. We are work oriented. We put into practice all theoretical knowledge gathered in class, and develop skills in machinery, design, tool usage, teamwork, etc. Thanks to our professionalism, we are able to find internships and jobs in the engineering automotive industry in companies such as Bosch, Cummins, Caterpillar, and many more.
