Founded in 2020, Behind the Grind (AUS) is a legal podcast FOR law students BY law students. Neeharika Palachanda and Paige Carter are second year law students at the University of Melbourne. We understand first-hand how difficult it can be to stay on top of all the firm opportunities, clerkship seminars, practice group panels and all of the extensive opportunities available to students. We believe that this podcast is a vital asset for students and firms alike. By using new mediums, we aim to engage with students and provide information regarding the opportunities available to them and the ability to learn what makes firms stand apart.
