WiSupport is a supported living service provider based in Northamptonshire. We aim to provide an excellent supported living service that focuses on the development of people, instilling confidence and self-belief. We value the relationships that can be built in society and ensure that ours are strong and positive, whether that is in the community, or within the organisation. WiSupport is a believer that 'everybody deserves to have the life they want' and to help with this we offer an independence booklet to all the individuals we support. The staff at WiSupport guide the individual through the completion of the independence booklet during their time with WiSupport. We use a person centred approach in everything we do, therefore the individuals in our support are at the forefront of our work. Our staff are trained and closely supervised to ensure that best practice is kept. The staff also receive consistent support to continue their development. By doing this we are maintaining our focus of instilling confidence and self-belief throughout the organisation, benefitting the individuals and staff, by role modelling independence.
