Spiro Geroulanos is a Managing Member of Trident Developers NY, LLC. Since 1998, Trident Developers NY has managed, developed, and built commercial and residential buildings and condominiums throughout Brooklyn and NYC area. Spiro, a Professional Engineer, is passionate about bringing energy-efficient structures to the area. Many of the projects undertaken by Trident Developers NY are LEED-certified and NYSERDA certified. Outside of his work in new construction, additions and gut renovations, Spiro enjoys spending time with his family and getting involved in community organizations
