Sports Leadership & Development (SL&D) Association is a student led organization, created to offer collaboration opportunities for Graduate Students and likeminded individuals. Objective of the SL&D Association is to create a baseline foundation of the expectations of Graduate Students in the Sports Industry. SL&D Association will offer opportunities to dive deeper into Leadership roles within the Sports Industry, through networking opportunities, and offer supplemental resources for personal and professional development to enhance the skills and qualities that are required to be a successful leader. The goal for Sports Leadership & Development Association is to offer the opportunity of personal and professional growth and network growth; virtually and in person (in the future).
