Illinois Counties Rugby is a nonprofit empowering underserved communities through rugby and creating high performance opportunities for American rugby players, coaches, and administrators. Our primary region of focus is the 75 Illinois counties south of Interstate 74. We endeavor to instill passion, integrity, respect, and courage in our youth participants.
