Relocated to Pontiac, IL in 1999 with a significant bank client project and then Shorewood, IL in the Southwest Chicago Suburbs in 2007 after some time with JP Morgan Chase and a Regional bank with a large Chicago area footprint. Rebranded at that time as Reid Financial Group to represent the expansion of available services, licensed at that time to include securities, insurance, and asset management. Rebranded again in 2013 as The M. Reid Agency to specialize in sharing sales and marketing skills acquired, and maintained the insurance licensing at that time. After a four year opportunity with an international consulting and sales organization in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs refining skills in small business consulting, adding recruiting and HR-related skills to the arsenal, and refreshing business and individual income tax preparation and planning skills, we've come full circle. A valued colleague at the Chicago area based employer helped come up with a name & logo for GenAdvantage Resources (GAR) which never gained traction.* Bringing over 30 years of deep and diverse business financial and sales operations expertise and personal financial services experience, we're back in Springfield, IL headquarters and wherever we're needed with today's technology and travel. *Springfield needed a more personalized approach than what GAR's image was designed to project, so bringing back the family name, in February 2021, M Reid Enterprises LLC was born.
