Wreetu is a not-for-profit social enterprise working to break period taboo through Wreetu Comic Book and interactive workshops since 2016. The organization has conducted around 300 workshops and reached more than 100,000 adolescent girls and their community people in Dhaka, Comilla, Kishoreganj, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Rangamati, Faridpur, Satkhira, Khulna, Pabna etc. Our vision is to build a Period Taboo Free Bangladesh by involving everyone in the community. Wreetu Comic Book This is an illustrated story book on girls' growing up; from a little girl to an adolescent with contextual presentation, friendly language and cheerful images with topics- onset of puberty, physical, psychological and social emotions during puberty, biological logics for menstruation, healthy period management tools and tips, food habits, physical exercise to relieve period pain and all other significant information on puberty and menstruation.
