Inspire, educate and transform those are the words that best describe Cooler-Nathi. We’re an experimental platform on a mission to educate the work force through knowledge sharing. We hope to inspire by sharing the stories of those who have made it and we hope that all of this is transformative in creating a better working life for a diversity of people. Cooler-Nathi’s mission is to build a network that is designed to set individuals in various organisations up with the relevant skills, knowledge and relationships that will pilot them to their next level. Some of our ventures are borrowed from the international community but we are mostly experimenting with what we deem interesting, relevant and definitely value adding. The mission of the organization will be achieved through interactive conferences, dialogues through online sharing platforms, structured workshops at schools and institutions at large. Contributing to a conscious work force is at our core. The name Cooler-Nathi is a play on the Zulu word “khulanathi” which means growing together or an instruction “grow with us”. Cooler is adapted from the word cool because we aim to be just that. So, we are growing together in a cool and fresh way and we are inviting you to join the ride in multiple ways to ensure that we are all on the come up!
