My Connected Health is a non-profit advisory and consultancy group the improves connectivity and information flow within the healthcare system. Its members bring a wide range of skill sets, including GPs, medical specialists, eHealth specialists, IT and healthcare managers. Our Audacious Goal: An efficient healthcare system featuring seamless information exchange, modern digital tools, and engaged clients that are active partners in their care. To reach this goal we will use advocacy, training and new technology to release information exchange bottlenecks, and facilitate the uptake of modern healthcare methods and tools by both providers and clients.
