IFAL is a non-profit organisation promoting the inclusion of international students in the working sector abroad. It hopes to expand the visibility of internationals as excellent candidates by giving them the tools to succeed. International hires can add unique value to a firm and increase the range of diversity and inclusion. The organisation is beginning with the legal industry. Members can attend events and workshops on different legal and non-legal topics with international lawyers. The association will also publish commercial awareness content to develop the skills necessary to survive in the commercial market.
