The school and college going students from our hometown (Sheikhupura), despite being very hardworking and talented, lack necessary ingenious traits like interpersonal communication, critical thinking, public speaking and teamwork etc. Due to loads and loads of syllabus to teach, unfortunately, the schools and colleges no more focus on enabling students with such skills. As a result, the students when pass out to universities, face a lot of problems to adjust, because a major portion of their success is defined by such skills. Achievers Club, having members who have gone through and overcome such problems, arrange directed seminars, workshops, talks and competitions to address this issues among students and prepare them for their upcoming university lives.
